Help Wanted: Dementor for Chilling Beverages

Since my goal is to produce the frozen variety of butterbeer, I decided to take a slightly different approach this time around, conceived of by my helpful would-be-wizard husband who's taken an interest in our little project.  The plan is to start the process with frozen soda.

Well, wouldn't you know that soda takes a while to freeze.  Quite a while.  Especially when you're trying to freeze approximately 1/2 a liter in one go.  So, I beg for your patience.  The continuation of my butterscotchy endeavor will come... well, as soon as soda freezes over.
